Work services for BC Timber Sales (BCTS), Peace-Liard Business Area, Fort St. John field team, for the Summer Tree Planting of approximately 1,773,349 seedlings across an approximate 1029 hectares in various locations within the Fort St. John area. There are several blocks that were meant to be planted in 2023, but could not be, due to wildfires. The remainder of the blocks are the replanting of plantations burnt in the 2023 wildfires. Please see the 'Information to Bidders - Scope' for additional details. Questions & Answers All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.PeaceLiardTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. Deadline for receiving questions is 1:00 pm (PST) on January 31st, 2024. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by February 7th, 2024. If your bid deposit is in the form of cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft, you will not be able to e-bid. See allowable submission delivery method(s) above. Also see Conditions of Tender for acceptable bid securities. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
