The proposed project consists of the demolition of an existing underwater pile-supported bridge footing located along the Savannah River. The footing measures 40'-0" W x 80'-0" L x 16'-0" H and is supported by HP14x73 piling. The approximate soffit elevation of the structure is -48.0' Mean Low Water (MLW). The scope of the project includes underwater excavation, underwater concrete demolition, pile extraction, commercial diving, and other ancillary items. The project site is located at the Georgia Ports Authority Ocean Terminal in Savannah, Georgia. The scope of the project includes underwater excavation, underwater concrete demolition, pile extraction, commercial diving, and other ancillary items. Project site is located on Ocean Terminal, Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia.
