The Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Project scope Includes the following: 1. Various spaces at Romeo Community Schools will have new AV systems installed as part of this project. Refer to drawings and specifications for locations and system designs in each room. 2. All required power, conduit, and raceways for each system shall be provided and installed by the electrical contractor, unless otherwise noted. B. The District is constructing two (3) new building additions (Amanda Moore, Washington, and Romeo Middle (Robotics), and two (2) building renovations (Hevel and Administration Building). This project includes installing interactive LCD displays, audio sound systems, non-interactive displays, Music Room audio upgrades, and large format AV projection systems as listed and described herein. C. This contract consists of providing demolition services at all the buildings and providing installation services of AV systems including, but not limited to, cabling and associated peripheral equipment, installation services, projectors, projector screens, sound equipment, and non-interactive LCD Displays as shown on the drawings. D. All legacy equipment that was taken down and is not being reinstalled shall be removed and disposed of lawfully off site. Turn over the retained equipment to a central location as identified by the Owner. This contract consists of providing demolition services, patching, installation services of AV systems including, but not limited to, cabling and associated peripheral equipment, installation services, and wall LCD TV's. Provide and install wire and cable systems as required, and all material and equipment, including wire cable, connectors, fittings, mounting hardware, and wire and cable identification, as indicated or specified. The undersigned agrees to substantially complete the project by December 2, 2024.
