As of April 10,2024, project was awarded to AT-NET, awarded amount is $167,948.23 Solicitation #100-2024-01172024-JAILCABLING - Anson County Jail - Conduit and Data Cabling Installation/Termination, Camera Installation and Configuration- Category 6 cabling, secured conduit installation, and Verkada IP Camera mounting, installation, and software setup at the Anson County Sheriff's Office described herein. The contract period will begin from the awarded date and will continue until June 15, 2024. Green St Wadesboro, NC 28170 jlowder@ansoncountync.gov SCOPE OF WORK (A) Installation of 49 Verkada Cameras (5mp, already purchased). (B) Installation of new conduit "ruggedized" to 54 Verkada Camera locations (48 new cameras and 6 existing IP cameras) determined during the walk through held on January 31, 2024. Category 6 ethernet cable will be installed from each of the 54 camera locations to the Control Center of the jail. The conduit will be installed along the ceiling via the best, most secure routes possible. The six existing BNC Verkada camera locations will have new Category 6 ethernet jacks installed and terminated at the camera locations by vendor. (C) Vendor will provide all Certified Category 6 Ethernet cable, Certified Category 6 Jacks and/or mod plugs for the 49 cables, all conduit, (D) Vendor will provide and install (1) Floor Mount Cabinet 19U (28" deep) and (2) 48-port patch panels in the Control Room. Data Cabling (referenced above) will be terminated and tested on the patch panel by vendor. (E) Verkada Viewing Stations will be mounted above the windows in the Control Room. Vendor will provide and mount: (2) Sanus VLT16 Ultra Slim Low Profile TV Mount for $0"-85" TV's with a 10 degree tilt, and (2) 55" 4K UHD LED LCD MONITOR, IPS Panel, MVA Technology, and V-by-One Interface, 16:9 (F) Installation and configuration of 2 Verkada Access Control Door and Door Hardware (on 2 doors in Magistrates office), associated access control cables, and Verkada Access Control Device. Vendor will also supply and install a Door release button to allow Magistrate to open door and let people in after hours. Vendor will supply any required equipment to complete electrified door and motion sensor installation, and Verkada Access Control Pad. (G) Preference will be given to Vendors who have experience with Verkada Cameras, Equipment, and Software. Work is expected to begin by March 15, 2024, and MUST be completed and approved by County of Anson after an official "walk through" with vendor and County of Anson representatives by June 15, 2024. If work is not completed and approved by June 15, 2024, a penalty of $500 for each day beyond June 15, 2024, will be deducted from the final amount paid by County of Anson.
