The work to be carried out consists mainly of, but is not limited to : - replacing the roof slab; - replacing pumps, piping, etc.; - replacing electrical equipment; - landscaping around the station. Start date: 1 August 2025 End date: 30 November 2025 10% of the total amount of the tender, excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution. Performance guarantee: - Performance guarantee for 50% of the Contract amount in the form of a surety bond issued by a Financial Institution - Bond guarantee for pledges and materials for 50% of the Contract amount in the form of a surety bond issued by a Financial Institution. The deadline for submitting complaints to the Town of Rosemère is May 5, 2025, at the following e-mail address: approvisionnement@ville.rosemere.qc.ca The Public Body does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received, without any obligation whatsoever towards the tenderers.
