Renovation of a military facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work covered by this Statement of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits required to install a Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS) in the 1776 Readiness Center. Work to include: EPDM rooftop curbing work, plumbing modifications, ductwork, interior finishes, and electrical work to install and connect the system. This system is needed because the building received a new HVAC system and due to inflation of construction costs the DOAS was omitted from the project. For optimal function of the building and control of fresh air and humidity, the system is now being installed.
