Routine landscape maintenance at 22 Natural Resources sites (15 Street Tree sites, 3 Nature Park and Visitors Center sites and 4 Trails sites) The term of the awarded Contract will be for 2 years . Prior to the expiration of the term of the awarded Contract, or any renewals or extensions thereof, the City may, in its sole discretion, renew the Contract for 1 period of 2 years , with the same terms and conditions. Vendor Questions Due: January 29, 2024 by 5:00 PM Responses to Vendor Questions: January 30, 2024 Questions regarding this project may be submitted electronically through online. Unauthorized contact regarding this RFP with other City employees may result in disqualification. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.
