Renovation of a conference / convention center in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

The Greater Tacoma Convention Center is looking to replace one fan in it's BAC Model 15368 2 cell-crossflow cooling tower BID ESTIMATE: $38,585.89 All prices shall be FOB destination Payment terms are net 30 days. Labor provided as a result of this contract is subject to state prevailing wage requirements. Vendors are required to provide and keep current a certificate of insurance per City of Tacoma requirements. Services shall be completed within 90 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. The Bidder identified on the Signature Page declares that it has read the specifications, understands the conditions, has examined the site, and has determined for itself all situations affecting the work herein bid upon. Bidder proposes and agrees, if this proposal is accepted, to provide at Bidder's own expense, all labor, machinery, tools, materials, etc., including all work incidental to, or described or implied as incidental to such items, according to the contract documents of the City of Tacoma, and that the Bidder will complete the work within the time stated, and that Bidder will accept in full payment therefore the lump sum or unit price(s) set forth.
