Renovation of a parking garage in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
This is a Single-prime Project for General Construction Work. This Contract Shall Consist of Providing All Materials, Equipment, and Labor for Repairs to the Dryden Rd Garage. The Work for General Construction Shall Include, but is Not Limited to, Concrete Slab Repairs, Concrete Wall Repairs, Pt Beam Concrete Repairs, Waterproofing Repairs, Deck Coating Installation and Other Associated Repair Work. The Dryden Rd Parking is Located at 118 Dryden Rd in the City of Ithaca. Contractors Are Encouraged to Schedule a Site Visit. Contact Information for the Project Manager Can Be Found in the Project Title/description Section on the City's Website. The Bid Package, Consisting of a Project Manual (Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplemental Conditions, Bonds, Technical Specifications) A Completed Bid Form, as Well as Required Submittals, Must Be Submitted for Bidding. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Formality or Technicality in Any Bid in the Interest of the Owner.
