Site work and paving for a civil project in Fenton, Missouri. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

As of March 29, 2024, project was not awarded. No definite date for the rebid. This project consists of a cast in place (12'x12'x25' Deep) Duplex Pump Station with a CIP Valve Vault Assembly. Demolition of the existing Pump Station Building including the removal of Pumps, Piping, Electrical Components with the installation of a riser manhole to bring the existing structure to the new grade. Stationary Auxiliary Diesel Pump with housing. Electrical Component Block Building with VFD Controls, Control Panel, Transducer, Back-up float system, Scada, and new 200-amp electrical service. Site Utilities shall include 180 lineal feet of 12" DIP, 71 lineal feet of Class 200 - 12" diameter force main, 80 lineal feet of 3/4 " water service, 255 lineal feet of 4" PVC conduit with (2) - 40-foot directional bores. 1300 Sq Ft. of Block Retaining wall with 210 lineal feet of footing. 560 S.Y, of concrete pavement. 175 lineal feet of 7' high ornamental fence with 2-12' gates. All work for this project is confined within Roadway and Utility easement. In addition to the new Pump Station improvements, the site will be raised approximately 6 to 7 feet to contend with the present flooding condition. There will be 3500 CY of fill required to raise the site to this new grade. The District has excess material located at our Saline Creek Treatment Plant Site at 555 13th Street Fenton, Mo. This is located about 1.7 miles northwest of the new and existing pump station site. The contractor may elect to use other backfill around the structures and site such as, granular, screenings, or approved suitable backfill material. All work shall be constructed in a workmanlike manor for a complete and operational system. All work for these projects is confined within existing easements, within the Winter Valley Subdivision.
