The City of Des Peres is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to demo/remove existing epoxy flooring and base, ceramic tile that epoxy flooring is over and the mortar bed underneath the tile. Install epoxy mortar system to entire prepared substrate for proper fill and sloping to drains, and then install new epoxy quartz flooring and integral cove base in the Men's and Women's Locker Rooms, Family Change Rooms and Wet Party Room at The Lodge Des Peres at 1050 Des Peres Road. Bids should be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Lodge Lower Level Flooring Resurfacing Bid" includes the name of the bidder and date and time of the bid deadline on the front of the envelope to: Des Peres City Hall Attn: City Clerk 12325 Manchester Road Des Peres, MO. 63131. Bids may be delivered in person, by carrier or by mail. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to see that his/her bid is received in proper time. Late bids, faxed and e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements before bidding this project. There is a mandatory bidder's questionnaire (enclosed with the spec book) that is due with the bid. If the questionnaire is not received by this date and time, the general contractor will not be able to submit a bid on this project.
