Grand Forks County Courthouse Dome Repair and Rehabilitation This project consists of selective demolition, restoration, and renovation of the existing Grand Forks County Courthouse Dome. The project includes selective demolition, masonry restoration, structural steel, rough carpentry, joint sealants, copper metal roofing, windows, lath and plaster, painting, specialties, electrical, and hoists. Construction Engineers is soliciting competitive "Lump Sum Bids" for All Contract Categories. **The project will be constructed in 2 separate phases. The construction on Phase 1 of the project shall begin in May 2024 and will be completed by August 2024. Construction of Phase 2 will begin in May of 2025 and will be completed by August 2025. Owner Rights: No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Construction Manager and the Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all formalities. Construction Manager reserves the right to remove or relocate Contractor materials and/or equipment stored on site by request to the Contractor or at the expense of the Contractor if necessary. Materials and facilities that constitute temporary facilities are property of Contractor. Owner reserves right to take possession of Project identification signs. Owner reserves the right to limit selection to products with warranties meeting requirements of the Contract Documents. CE reserves the right to request additional information to clarify the Bidder's financial capability, technical experience, and ability to successfully staff the project, and comply with safety and employment requirements.
