Site work for a transportation facility in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The project scope involves two (2) HCAA-owned properties along Air Cargo Road in the Drew Park area of Tampa, FL. HCAA plans to contract with a qualified contractor to install a total of approximately 4,200 linear feet of 6' fencing and a total of four (4) 16' double swing gates (approx. 11 acres) to address illegal trespass and dumping. Proposed fence surveys are included as part of the bid documents. Staking of the proposed fencing and gates has been completed. The survey documents locate all known improvements within five (5) feet of the property lines, as to depict encroachments and occupation lines. The selected contractor will be responsible for any subsurface utility locating. This Project includes enclosing two (2) Authority owned properties along Air Cargo Road in the Drew Park area (approximately 11 acres) with 6' fencing to help prevent trespassing and dumping.
