PROJECT AND LOCATION The project associated with the RFP is or shall be located at 80 S. Highway 49, Viburnum, Missouri 65566. Replace roof ventilation units 2. Remove and replace all ceil- ing tiles and clean and paint tile grid metal (360 ea) 3. Replace 15 existing 2 x 4 fluo- rescent fixtures with flat panel 2 x 4 LED fixtures. Also add two additional 1 x 4 shop style LED fixtures suspended above work bench with separate switch 4. Replace insulation bats above ceiling tiles as required with 10" bats 5. Install and wire four security cameras with hard drive and monitor 6. Dispose of all debris The Project Scope and Specifications are: 1. New roof vents to be box vents of appropriate size and number to prevent condensation on the roof. They should be of galvanized steel construction. 2. New ceiling tiles should be equivalent to existing tiles. 3. Flat panel LED fixtures to be 5000 lumens at 5000 to 5500 degrees Kelvin color. All associated wiring to be 12-2 WG MC cable as required, 4. Suspended LED fixtures over work bench to be 2500 lumen at 5000-5500 degrees Kelvin color. 5. Security cameras and associated drive and monitor to be supplied by Quad County Fire District. Quad County Fire Protection District shall award the contract to the proposal that best accommodates the various project requirements. Quad County Fire Protection District reserves the right to: (i) award any contract to the proposal deadline or prior to the receipt of all proposals, (ii) award the contract to more than one Bidder, and (iii) refuse any proposal or contract. In addition, consideration will be given to cost and performance projections. Furthermore, the following criteria will be given considerable weight in the proposal selection process: 1. Proposals received by the stipulated deadline must be in the correct format. 2. Bidder's alleged performance effectiveness of their proposal's solu- tion. 3. Bidder's performance history and alleged ability to timely deliver proposed services. 4. Bidder's ability to provide and deliver qualified personnel having the knowledge and skills required to effectively and efficiently execute proposed services. 5. Overall cost effectiveness of the proposal. Quad County Fire Protection District reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or discontinue any proposal at any time, without obligation or notice to the proposing bidder. Provide details of licenses and bonds (if any) for any proposed services that the bidder/contractor may plan on providing for this project.
