DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY The Vendor shall deliver Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination to the following location(s): WAYNE COUNTY BRIDGE YARD, 2671 HWY 70 WEST, GOLDSBORO, NC 27530 Vendor should complete delivery within 30 consecutive calendar days after receipt of purchase order. If any Services, deliverables, functions, or responsibilities not specifically described in this solicitation are required for Vendor's proper performance, provision and delivery of the Service and deliverables under a resulting Contract, or are an inherent part of or necessary sub-task included within such service, they will be deemed to be implied by and included within the scope of the contract to the same extent and in the same manner as if specifically described in the Contract. Question submittals will include a reference to the applicable IFB section and be submitted in a format shown below. The date and time of receipt will be marked on each bid when received.
