This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Cambridge (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for CCTV Inspection and Flushing of Sanitary Storm Sewers, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The successful respondent shall be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment and material necessary to complete the flushing, cleaning and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection of sanitary and storm sewers as per Canadian Edition of PACP (CSA PLUS 4012 as published by CSA) and provide the Deliverables detailed in this RFQ. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFQ Contact" will be: Knick Dawe Procurement Coordinator dawek@cambridge.ca Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the City, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent's quotation. Your submission must be uploaded and submitted prior to the Submission Deadline. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day prior to the Submission Deadline to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
