Proposals shall be enclosed in opaque sealed envelopes, plainly marked, "Alterations to Station 3 and Station 4." and shall show the name and address of the bidder. Bids may be forwarded by certified mail. The Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price.
