North High School Track Resurfacing Project. All Questions Regarding the Bidding Procedures, Design, and Scope of Work Should Be Directed. Lump Sum Bid Proposals With 100% Performance Bond And 5% Bond Security Are Required. The Eau Claire Area School District Will Be Accepting Bids for the North High School Track Resurfacing Project. Work Includes Resurfacing and Repair of Existing Exterior Athletic Track. The Eau Claire Area School District Reserves the Right to Reject All Proposals Not Deemed in the Best Interest of the School District. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid due date. Contractors must contact (Jeff Nestor ECASD) to reserve a set of bid documents.
