Summary Project Description: A new five-bay, approximately 15,000 square foot doubleengine fire station. The station is to sleep eight firefighters in individual sleep rooms and two captains in individual officer suites. The living quarters shall include a watch room, exercise room, day room, kitchen, dining room, individual shower rooms, and laundry room. The support spaces shall include a decontamination room, bunker gear storage, laundry, SCBA room, and shop. The station will include a ICC-500 storm shelter. All sealed bids will be publicly opened, recorded, and studied for recommendations to the Owner. Bids received after the official stated time or more than ninety-six hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, before the official stated time set for the opening of bids, will not be accepted.
