The Work consists of asphalt, lawn, and concrete restoration resulting from emergency maintenance repair work arising out of excavation and other work performed by the Erie County Water Authority. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 10% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Contract term: APRIL 1, 2024 THROUGH MARCH 31, 2026 Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The Erie County Water Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid deemed to be for the best interest of the Water Authority even though the proposal chosen may result in the award of the contract to a bidder whose bid is not mathematically lowest.
