The City of Richmond is accepting bids for Annual Sewer Investigation Services for On-Call and Capital Improvements Projects to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to providing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision for pipeline cleaning and CCTV; bypass pumping; manhole inspections; laser and sonar profiling; smoke testing; dye testing; and subsurface utility engineering complete with all other appurtenances and related work required to complete assigned projects. If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents or discrepancies of any sort between existing conditions and proposed new Work, he must submit a written request for an interpretation to the Department of Procurement Services, 900 E. Broad Street Room 1104, Richmond, Virginia 23219. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt and actual delivery by 4:00 PM on February 11, 2024. Such documents may emailed to Ross Crawford at Ross.Crawford@rva.gov. class A contractors license is required
