Renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project is generally described as the existing highway building, of type IIB construction, was completed in 1937 of steel and reinforced concrete construction, with a veneer of limestone on the exterior facade. It was listed on the national register of historic places in 2004. The existing building is approximately 84,030 gross square feet and will undergo an interior renovation to selective spaces within the existing building. The renovation includes the 4th floor executive suite. Spaces are to remain office suites with renovation work consisting of interior renovation of the 4th floor northeast and northwest wings of the building. The area of renovation is approximately 8,000 GSF and includes a new office layout with MEP and fire protection work, and elevated interior finishes. The Pre-Qualified Vendors are: o Centennial Contractors Enterprise, Inc. o Daniel and Company, Inc. o W.M. Jordan Company The contract shall be awarded on a lump sum basis as follows: the Total Base Bid Amount including any properly submitted and received bid modifications plus such successive Additive Bid Items as the Owner in its discretion decides to award in the manner set forth in Paragraph 12 of the Instructions to Bidders.
