Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Falcon, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the construction of a 24' x 40' pump house, including concrete foundation and floor slab, erection of a pre-engineered steel building, electrical, mechanical, and related work as described in the plans and specifications. Contractor shall obtain, at its own expense, services from Professional Engineer(s) registered in the State of Colorado for the design of the building, building foundation, and all structural components required by the Pikes Peak Regional Building Code, 2023 Edition. Such Engineer shall coordinate with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (PPRBD) and perform all Building Permit processing with the Building Department, including modifications to the plans, as necessary to obtain a Building Permit, and provide Observation/Certification Letters to PPRBD. Observation/Certification Letters shall be stamped and signed by Professional Engineer(s) and shall include, but not be limited to Foundation Walls, Footings, Open-Hole Excavation, Structural Steel, Welding, Bolting, and Air Leakage Compliance (C402.5). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
