Tree Pruning & Removal Services The primary work related to this bid request will be for Urban Forestry and the Public Works Overlay Projects. Road paving overlay work is expected to commence starting in March or April of 2024. While the work described herein describes the work required during the road overlay project, the City intends to use the services on a City-wide basis. The City may request those services of the awarded bidder anytime that tree pruning, stump grinding, and removal services are needed throughout the term of any awarded contract at the rates provided in Attachment A. Questions arising subsequent to the issuance of this bid, that could have a significant impact on the responses to the bid, should be submitted in the bid Question and Answer section Event Number #WJPS24011601 at the Utah Public Procurement Place. All such questions should be received by February 6, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. MST. Answers to questions will be posted on the Utah Public Procurement Place which will then email the answer to all Vendors that downloaded the IFB.
