Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Loveland, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Kinston Metropolitan District Kinston ME 16th Phase 2. Work is anticipated to start April 1, 2024, with substantial completion by September 1, 2024. The project generally includes grading, erosion control, sanitary sewer, potable water, concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving, and signage and all related work incidental to the completion of the projects as per the acceptance requirements of Kinston Metropolitan District No. 1 and City of Loveland. The District may choose to schedule interviews with select bidders following the bid opening. Basis of the award of the contract will be to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder as solely determined by the District. Each bid must be accompanied by a qualification statement demonstrating present commitments, past performance, experience with comparable work, equipment available for this project, and resumes for key personnel who would be assigned to this project. No bid will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation who is a defaulter to a surety or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible, or unreliable by the District. Each bid must be accompanied by a subcontractor and supplier list for proposed labor, services, and/or materials. Bidding contractors must self-perform a minimum of forty percent (40%) of the work. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required with each bid. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder from a qualified surety. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid or combination of bids which in its sole and absolute judgment will best serve the District's interest.
