Reference Number 0000262931 The Place de Portage III facility was built in the 1970s and will be rehabilitated into a modern complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3 storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard. The anticipated Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Supply and installation of earthwork, exterior improvements and utilities including but not limited to new storm drainage, new grading, new landscaping and new concrete sidewalks.
