The City of Saskatoon is seeking qualified licensed professional consulting engineering firms to prepare and submit competitive proposals to provide engineering services for the data collection and condition rating of the roadway network and to provide sidewalk imagery for all sidewalks for the City of Saskatoon. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of approximately eight (8) months. The project start data is anticipated as May 1, 2024, and completed by December 15, 2024, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) additional year. Upon the following conditions being met: i) A pricing structure must be mutually agreed upon for the renewal period; ii) Supplier must have performed satisfactorily as determined solely by the City; iii) The services are still required. iv) The services are still required to be outsourced; and v) Budgetary funds must be available. The City also reserves the right to re-quote the work if there are substantive changes to the scope of work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
