Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clackamas, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project no.231149 The work of the contract consists of a complete tear off and replacement of existing roofing on the Clackamas ESD Administration Building. Scope includes the removal and replacement of existing mechanical services on roof, extending of existing penetrations to account for new roof thickness. New roofing and associated flashings as indicated on the Scope of Work and Bid Drawings provided by BBL. Requests for Clarification or Changes of Specifications and/or Bidding Requirements, including Substitution Requests, must be received in writing no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid closing date and time. Bidders shall comply with all BOLI and CCB requirements as adopted in Senate Bill 477, including all filing, notification, and payment requirements; Retainage for payment for labor, and the filing of a $30,000 public works bond with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The Public Works Bond shall be obtained from a corporate surety authorized to do business in this state. By submission of a bid, the Bidder agrees to comply with the provisions of 279C.800 through 279C.870 relating to State of Oregon, BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates, January 5, 2024 if applicable.
