Project no.231149 The work of the contract consists of a complete tear off and replacement of existing roofing on the Clackamas ESD Administration Building. Scope includes the removal and replacement of existing mechanical services on roof, extending of existing penetrations to account for new roof thickness. New roofing and associated flashings as indicated on the Scope of Work and Bid Drawings provided by BBL.
