Evidencing its firm commitment to engage in the contract if Bidder is selected for award of contract, each Bidder is required to furnish with their proposal a Cashier's Check, or an acceptable Bidder's Bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total contract price. The Bidder's Bond must be executed with a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas.
