Renovation of an educational facility in Mentor, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The proposed work consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for roof replacement at Lake Elementary School (Roof Sections A, B, C and Canopies). Bids shall include, and Bidders shall submit with their Bids, bid security in the form of (i) a bond in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.54 and 153.571 naming the Board of Education as oblige for the total amount of the Bid, including all add alternates, or (ii) a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, including all add alternates, as prescribed by Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. All bids shall be submitted on special blank forms furnished by Taylor Consulting Group, LLC. The Mentor Exempted Village School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bids which it deems favorable. No bids may be withdrawn, after the schedule closing time for the receipt of bids, for at least sixty (60) days.
