Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Childress, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Childress is accepting bids for rehab of a pump station at Stoney Ridge Golf Course with the specifications listed below. Specifications: Remove the (2) 75 HP VHS Motors and reinstall them. Labor to remove Rainbird control panel and to install new Waterborne (or comparable) control panel, connect to the main power to the new 400 amp disconnect, and wire all motors and sensors. Labor to rebuild the existing 3" Watts pressure relief valve. : New Waterborne 3 pump control panel 60"c48"x18" with individual VFD Drives per pump/motor (or equivalent). New flow sensor, pressure transducer, ABB 75 HP ACQ-580 VFD Drive, 5 HP Contactor/circuit breaker for existing PM pump, and new 400 amp disconnect switch. : Prime and Paint station skid and piping as well as the existing pump heads. Reinstall all items removed and to re-pressurize the irrigation system and cleanup. Failure to have a bid in the possession of the City by the above deadline shall result in the bid not being considered. The City Childress reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals, award parts of the proposal and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the submission of as may be deemed in the City's best interest.
