TSK Project number : 01280-08-02 Summary Project Description: 1. The project consists of refinishing ten existing tennis courts, providing three additional tennis courts (two to the east of the existing, and one to the west), as well as providing a new Type V clubhouse at approximately 2,000 SF.__The existing 1,000 SF +/- club house is within a modular trailer and will be removed from the site.__The existing switchgear just north of the existing club house will be relocated to allow enough space for the new tennis courts, and to be put in a less conspicuous area.__Existing landscaping where the new tennis courts are to be placed can be relocated to other parts of the park area directly adjunct to the courts.__Shade structures will be added for public gathering in between the courts, and updated wayfinding for the tennis court area will also be provided.__Enhanced landscaping will be provided throughout the area near the tennis courts, including along the eastern property line to help buffer the site from the back of the Rancho Discount Mall (retail strip).__The tennis courts will be of post tension slab construction.__ 2. The area of the park that will affected by these improvements is approximately 4.36 acres.__No offsite related work is anticipated for this project._
