Your Bid Proposal should include terms, availability, firm price and FOB delivery to the respective HU service area. HU reserves the right to consider alternative pricing proposals. HU's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (Attachment A) are also included in the bid documents. Vendor specified terms or conditions which would preclude bid rejection will not be renegotiated after the bid opening. Proposals submitted in response to this Invitation for Bid must remain in effect for a minimum period of 60 days following the bid opening date. HU reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to evaluate and accept any bid, which in HU's sole opinion, offers the most acceptable services to HU. Please address your questions in writing to melanie.mcclure@hsvutil.org and they will be answered and sent to all prospective bidders forty-eight hours prior to the bid opening time and date referenced above. Signed, dated, and sealed proposals will be accepted until the time and date specified above. Proposals received after the bid opening time and date will be rejected. Proposals received via facsimile machine or telephone will be rejected. Envelopes containing bids must be marked with the Bid Opening information. Information must be placed on the outside of the envelope in the lower left hand corner and include: Bid Number; Opening Date; and Attn: Melanie McClure, Huntsville Utilities. Bids without the proper bid opening information may be considered non responsive. For window envelopes, this information should be visible. Signed, dated, and sealed proposals will be accepted until the time and date specified above. The Bid shall be delivered inperson or by mail/courier to the address listed above. Proposals received after the bid opening time and date will be rejected. Proposals received via facsimile machine or telephone will be rejected. Term.
