As of February 23, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project will consist of the following: concrete slabs on grade, steel stud and wood framing, glu-lam beams, insulation, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, door hardware, glazing, lvt flooring, tile, rubber base, gypsum wall board, ceramic tile, toilet accessories, acoustical ceiling tile, painting, cabinets, ada lift, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, access control rough-in and signage. Idaho law requires that all bidders have an Idaho Public Works Contractor s License, as required by the Public Works Contractors License Act. Kootenai County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and to award the bid to the responsive bidder that the County deems is in the best interest Kootenai County.
