The existing structure has multiple lines that are in poor condition due to rust and section loss. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract (one-time purchase). Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. ***Bid Event: Office Address of delivery by any other method (special delivery, overnight, or any other carrier).
