Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Gheens, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This project consists of hurricane repairs and replacements at Vacherie-Gheens Community Center and Park as indicated in the Construction Documents. The majority of the work focuses on building repairs to the community center and miscellaneous structures. The Owner requires that each bidder attach to his bid a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond equivalent to 5% of the total bid as evidence of good faith of the bidder.
