Notes: Subcontract bids over $50,000 will be required to include the cost of Performance, Payment and Defect Bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of their bid amount. Additional bid packages may be issued at a later date as required. Women-owned and minority business enterprises are encouraged to participate in this project. Subcontractors will be required to provide bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or other statutory permissible method in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid amount if the bid is in excess of fifty thousand ($50,000) dollars. The Owner expressly reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any or all bids in accordance with Oklahoma Title 61, Notes: Subcontract bids over $50,000 will be required to include the cost of Performance, Payment and Defect Bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of their bid amount.
