Landscape Maintenance 2024 -2026 The City of Rolling Meadows reserves the right to award a contract, or contracts, based on proposal(s) that is deemed to be in the best interests of the City. The contract will be awarded to the Contractor whose proposal will be most advantageous for the City, price and other factors included. The Contractors understanding of the specifications, insurance protection, past experience, available equipment, and ability to complete the project within the time frame required will all be considered in determining the most advantageous proposal for the City. The City of Rolling Meadows reserves the right to review all proposals submitted for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of submission, and by submitting a proposal, the Contractor agrees that the amount specified in his proposal shall remain in full force and effect for such thirty day period. All proposals must be returned in clearly marked, and sealed envelopes that state "2024- 2026 Landscape Maintenance Proposal". Each contractor shall submit a proposal on the enclosed forms. Signatures must be longhand and executed by the principal duly authorized to make contracts. The legal name of the contractor must be fully stated. REJECTION OF PROPOSALS: The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it finds it necessary to do so and to waive any informalities or irregularities in proposals. PERIOD OF COVERAGE The term of this agreement will be from March 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026, with possible renewal for an additional two years, in one-year increments.
