Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Palm Desert, California. Conceptual plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a golf course; and for site work for a golf course.

As of June 11, 2024, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed. The purpose of this project is to improve and expand the East end of the Driving Range at The Golf Center at Palm Desert. The improvements will include an expanded driving range tee, a new short game area, which includes three (3) new practice greens, three (3) sand bunkers, a new parking lot and a new perimeter fence. There will also be additional landscaping work to complete the project, including new trees. Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond secured from a surety company satisfactory to the District, the amount of which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total (Base) Bid Price, made payable to Desert Recreation Labor and Materials ("payment") and Performance Bonds. Upon Contract Award, the Successful Bidder Shall Provide Both Payment and Performance Bonds at Each of 100% of the Contract Price as Specified in the Contract Document Liquidated Damages $1500.00 Project Duration 60 Days from Mobilization The District reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals and to waive any technical irregularities, to accept any bid or portion thereof, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of ninety (90) days. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days after the bid opening date..
