Renovation of an educational facility in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Architectural portion of this project includes ACT ceiling replacement, door replacements, replacement of fabric wall covering above existing lockers, installation of new louver in existing cavity wall, another temporary opening for mechanical access, and other roofing work to support mechanical work. The mechanical portion of this project includes replacement of HVAC systems, replacement of a majority of the air handling units and zone level equipment (the air handling units are being direct purchased by Owner), chilled water and hot water hydronic piping systems replacement, and a wall wash sprinkler system along some existing walls as an alternative design to achieve a fire wall rating. The Electrical portion of this project supports mechanical work. Structural work supports mechanical work.
