The Board of Education of Wicomico County will receive sealed bids for Used Modular Classroom - Unit Price Contract at Various Locations in Wicomico County, Maryland, Certified Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice. Brief Description of Intent: The intent of this Unit Price Contract is to purchase and setup of used modular classrooms throughout the contract period with qualified contractors. The delivery schedule will be mutually determined at the time of order. Bid Bonds and Payment and Performance Bonds are not required. Question Deadline 01/25/2024 at 2:00 PM ET No Bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after the date and time of bid opening. The Board of Education may extend the time and place for the opening of bids by notification to those known general contract bidders who have obtained copies of the plans and specifications through Bid Locker. The Board of Education of Wicomico County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive formalities, informalities, and technicalities therein. The Board reserves the right to contact a Bidder for clarifications and may, at its sole discretion, allow a Bidder to correct any and all formalities, informalities and technicalities in the best interest of the Board. The Board reserves the right to utilize existing Board or Cooperative contracts in the best interest of the Board. The Board reserves the right to evaluate existing Board or Cooperative contracts as Bids in the best interest of the Board.
