**As of March 18, 2024, the project was awarded to Konnerup Construction Inc., but the awarded amount is not available.** This Contract provides for the improvement of Island County Culverts #1300 and 1301, upgrading the culverts to a fourteen foot (14 ) wide box culvert, restoring the site to provide fish habitat, installing guardrail, restoring the road and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Contract Provisions, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Island County.
