**As of April 25, 2025, project was awarded to Manson/Michels Joint Venture in the amount NTE $ 807,456,515.00. Port of Alaska Modernization Program Construction Services for Terminal 1 (T1) Replacement The new T1 will support LOLO and general cargo operations. Design and construction of T1 includes wharf, access trestles, STS gantry crane accommodations, marine mooring appurtenances, servicing utilities, landside ground improvements, and adjacent site development. Detailed Issued for Construction (IFC) Design Level Drawings that define the work are provided in Contract Exhibit A of the Sample Contract (ATTACHMENT 5). This RFP solicits the following services: o Ground improvements and shoreline stabilization o General cargo terminal construction with associated utilities o Demolition of existing POL1 and T1 o Ship-to-shore gantry crane support infrastructure o Shoreline expansion and protection o Supplemental dredging activities to support Port operations o Maintaining existing operations o Value Engineering Workshops Site Visit: 1871 Anchorage Port Rd, Anchorage, AK 99501.
