The City of Lowry Crossing, Texas reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to accept only those proposals which are in the best interest of the City of Lowry Crossing, Texas. To demonstrate Bidder's qualifications to perform the Work, within 10 days of OWNER's request, Bidder shall submit written evidence such as financial data; previous experience with similar projects in scope and size within the Dallas Fort Worth area; present commitments; and such other data as may be called for below: A. evidence of Bidder's authority to do business in the state where the Project is located; B. references from at least three other project OWNERs with single-family detached residential developments similar in size and scope of work in the Dallas Fort Worth area; C. bidder must be a licensed CONTRACTOR in the State of Texas. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to OWNER in writing or by email. Bidders are responsible for ensuring all answers to questions are reviewed prior to bid submittal. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by OWNER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by OWNER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
