Project shall include, but not limited to: 1. Prep area to protect surroundings. 2. Set up to access work area. 3. Remove chimney and brick to roofline. 4. Clean brick and replace damaged bricks in kind. 5. Rebuild chimney using existing specs. 6. Install new concrete wash collar. 7. Reseal chimney flashing. 8. Measure, make and install new chase cover. 9. Install pan flashing. 10.Include 3" skirt with drip edge and cross break. 11.Apply a breathable masonry sealer to chimney brick roofline up.
