The Work consists of: Repair and replacement of existing Drainage facilities at various locations within the property limits of the Palm Beach International Airport. The various locations are located both within and outside the airport perimeter security fence. SBE Subcontracting (Minimum of 15%) of which MBE Subcontracting (10% Minimum Mandatory HA/AA Firms) When a mandatory SBE or M/WBE goal applies to this solicitation, then any bid that fails to comply with the required goal shall be deemed non-responsive after the period allowed for waiver requests has lapsed. If a bidder is unable to comply with a required goal, such bidder shall submit a request for a waiver or partial waiver at least 7 days prior to the bid due date. If a bidder requests a waiver from a goal from the Office of EBO at least 7 days prior to the bid due date, then the bid due date will be extended pending the outcome of a waiver request. Additionally, if the waiver is granted the solicitation will be amended accordingly and the due date extended again. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all bids.
