Site work for a water / sewer project in Ingleside, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Per the owner, construction was completed May 2024. Board of Education of Big Hollow School District 38, Lake County, Illinois is seeking bids for the Well Decommissioning project at Big Hollow Middle School located at 26051 West Nippersink Road campus. Bid security in the form of a bid bond only in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Bid security shall be payable to the Board of Education, Big Hollow School District 38. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of Big Hollow School District 38. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws.' Bid Date Notes : Bids shall be submitted to the Big Hollow School District 38 on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Mr. Bob Gold, Superintendent, Big Hollow School District 38, 26051 W. Nippersink Road, Ingleside, IL 60041.
