The Approximate Principal Items for Construction Are: Bellemeade Dr Over Olley Creek Bridge Rehabilitation Each Bid or Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Cashiers Check or Certified Check on a Duly Organized Bank Made Payable to the City of Marietta or a Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and Surety Company Authorized to Transact Business in the State of Georgia, in the Sum of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Base Bid. Said Check or Bond Will Be Returned to Unsuccessful Bidders as Soon as the Contract Between the Owner and the Successful Bidder Has Been Executed by the Owner. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Formalities and Re-advertise; and to Reduce or Add to the Contract From Time to Time.
