RFP D/B - Chesapeake Beach Water Park Replacement. The Project for the New Water park replacement will consist of elements developed in coordination between the successful D/B firm and the Town similar to those shown on the enclosed concept plan. The design will utilize the existing piling foundation for the water park, save that re-use the existing pump house/building and water slides. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the design and construction of a new outdoor swimming facility for the Town of Chesapeake Beach. Provide warranty coverage in accordance with the Town's standard agreement (10% maintenance bond or 10% retention to be held for 1 year, to be extended to 2 years if any maintenance work is required in the first year). A statement from the Proposer's Surety that the Proposer will be able to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the anticipated GMP as described in the General Conditions Article 5 and the Supplementary Conditions.
