1. Supply mechanical, construction, installation, and repair services including parts and equipment for the City of Toledo Bayview Water Reclamation Plant; including the Collections and Distribution system. SCOPE OF WORK PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT (PLA) Toledo Municipal Code Section 187.12(d) requires the successful bidder of a public improvement contract of $100,000 or greater, which is funded by the City of Toledo or other sources that do not exclude Project Labor Agreements ("PLA"), to enter into a PLA with the Northwest Ohio Building and Construction Trades Council ("NWOBTC"). 2. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: a. Removal, repair, and installation of piping b. Removal, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment c. Removal, repair, and installation of electrical equipment b. Construction services c. Supplying equipment, parts, and materials d. Turnkey projects that require multiple trades 3 Requests for service include on-call emergency and non-emergency circumstances 4. Perform work by applicable rules, regulations, codes, and ordinances of local, state, and federal authorities 5. Obtain any necessary permits, licenses, and certificates and give notices as required during the performance of the work. 6. Coordinate service such that there is minimal interference to Plant operations 7.
